For low bandwith situations (Generally under 2Mbs), use the Powamaxx WAN facility.
The PPCEncoder captures and encodes a frame per second, and can be viewed using
Windows Media Player.
The WAN viewer must be installed at the remote PC for low bandwidth or internet access.
